All Munch Pet treats shark products are by-products from sharks sustainably sourced for human consumption. Otherwise left to waste they are great source of natural nutrient rich treats for your dog.
We do not source sharks to only make pet treats or intentionally endanger the shark population.

Yes, but we recommend not to give shark cartilage to growing puppies and pregnant bitches.
All puppies and dogs should be supervised during consumption of any dog treat.

SHIPPING & PICKUPS
We are very prompt with getting our orders out. Once they leave us they can usually take 2 - 5 business days to get to you, depending where they are being delivered.

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international shipping of our fish treats for dogs.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We have a 14 Days return policy, after this time we are unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Food & perishable goods cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
